*If you cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation, you can participate in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, and enjoy 50USD discount based on the regular registration fee.
*Onsite registration is acceptable, but extra 50USD will be charged based on regular fee. 现场注册需在正常注册费基础上多缴纳50美金/350RMB。
*For one full paper, if the pages are over 5, extra pages will be charged. 超过5页的文章将收取超页费 50美金或是350人民币/页。

*Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee. A copy of the student ID is required. 只有第一作者是学生才可以享受学生价, 并提供学生证复印件。
*USD and RMBs are accept. 会议可接受美金/人民币付款。
*Registrations accompanying accepted papers must be received before the deadline and are non-refundable. If you register late, your paper may not be published on time.
*Pay attention!! After you submitted all materials and finished registration process, your paper will be submitted to editors for re-modification and publication. If there are any problems, the conference secretary will mail or call you soon. Please check your mailbox usually and keep your cellphone available. If you cannot amend paper and feed back modified one before the deadline, publication will be cancelled without any refund.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund;
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund;
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund;
* Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email to Ms. Sukie Yao;
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
*Property Safety!! Please take care of your safety and all personal belongs. No responsibility or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.
*Badge Policy!! Access to all ICIIL activities will be allowed only to people wearing ICIIL 2023 badges. Our policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges. If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a new registration at the current on-site rates. Considering the personal and property security of all ICIIL attendees, please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day, and do not borrow to any others or take others into conference area. If you don’t need the badge any more, please return it back to our registration desk.
